About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **HR Manager** to lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring across multiple departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational growth.

Requirements

• **Experience:** 1–3 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRMS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the **EdTech, Education, or IT** industry.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Salary

• *₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month** (Based on experience)

Working Hours

• *11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)**
