As the organization transitions from a traditional setup to a more structured and process\-driven model, the HR function plays a key role in driving this transformation by building scalable systems, strengthening compliance, and enabling data\-driven decision\-making.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing core HR operations including recruitment, statutory compliance, HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. The role requires strong exposure to manufacturing HR environments and the ability to strengthen HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1\. Manpower Planning \& Recruitment**
- Support manpower planning based on production requirements (blue\-collar and white\-collar)
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS
- Ensure smooth HR operations across departments and shifts
- *3\. Statutory Compliance \& HR Policies (Critical Area)**
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with labour laws
- Ensure policy adherence across shop\-floor and office employees
- Manage audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- *4\. Industrial Relations (IR) \& Employee Relations**
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain discipline and harmonious employee relations at the shop\-floor level
- *5\. Performance Management**
- Support KPI setting and performance appraisal process
- Track productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
- Assist in increments, promotions, and performance reviews
- *6\. Training \& Development**
- Identify skill gaps and support technical and safety training programs
- Maintain skill matrix and support multi\-skilling initiatives
- *7\. Payroll Coordination**
- Provide payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and incentives
- Coordinate salary processing and statutory deductions
- *8\. Employee Engagement**
- Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Contribute to building a positive and disciplined work culture
- *9\. Safety \& Compliance Support**
- Support EHS initiatives and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Assist in safety training, audits, and incident reporting
- *SKILLS \& COMPETENCIES**
- Strong expertise in HR policies and statutory compliance
- Hands\-on experience in PF, ESI, Factory Act, and labour law compliance
- Manufacturing industry HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and HRMIS systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, process\-driven environment
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem\-solving ability
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- Any graduate with strong relevant HR experience may also be considered
Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
