Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and standardizing all human resource functions for PM Group. This includes implementing HR policies and SOPs, talent acquisition, driving the performance management system (PMS), employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR operations across HO and plant locations. The role requires frequent coordination with the Chikli site and presence at the location three times a week.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth HR functioning across HO and all plant locations, with a focus on uniformity and centralization.
- Conduct regular visits to Chikli (minimum 3 times a week) for ground\-level HR execution and team coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance systems, and HRIS tools.
- Manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Execute and implement standardized HR policies and procedures across all divisions.
- Train and guide plant HR/admin staff on updated SOPs and ensure adherence.
- Ensure consistent application of policies to promote fair and compliant workplace practices.
- Drive the implementation of a structured Performance Management System (PMS).
- Support departments in setting KRAs \& KPIs and ensure timely reviews and documentation.
- Promote a performance\-driven culture through regular feedback, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) across locations.
- Conduct periodic audits and ensure accurate statutory documentation and filings.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring as per project/plant requirements.
- Lead recruitment for critical positions and liaise with recruitment agencies as needed.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and transparent workplace culture aligned with PM Group's values.
- Centralize HR documentation, data management, payroll inputs, and reporting systems.
- Establish uniform formats, templates, and trackers for organization\-wide usage.
Requirement \& Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not compulsory if experience is relevant).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, statutory compliance).
- Familiarity with HR software/HRMS tools and Microsoft Excel (HR trackers, MIS reporting, etc.).
- Understanding of PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, and factory HR documentation.
- Should have a process\-oriented mindset and comfort in working under structured guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
