We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate is hands\-on, people\-focused, and capable of building strong HR systems from the ground up.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Maintain and update HR records and HRMS systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Conduct performance appraisal cycles and support managers
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
Coordinate training and development programs
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review
*Requirements**
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3\+ years of hands\-on HR management experience
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
