We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process,
Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies
Maintain and update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational standards
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
Drive training, development, and organizational development initiatives
Maintain HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially
Collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture and productivity
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5\+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
