We're looking for an HR Manager who can go beyond traditional HR and help build a high\-performance organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead end\-to\-end recruitment across multiple functions
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations
Partner with leadership on organizational development and people strategy
What We're Looking For
6\+ years of HR experience in high\-growth organizations, retail, FMCG, consumer brands, or similar industries
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and compliance
Ability to build systems and processes from scratch
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
High ownership mindset with a people\-first approach
