We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and end\-to\-end HR processes.
Strong knowledge of HR operations \& compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem\-solving ability
Hands\-on experience with HR tools and MS Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
5\+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a managerial role)
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
