- *HR Manager Key Responsibilities:1\. Talent Acquisition**
- Lead the **end\-to\-end recruitment** process: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and reduce hiring turnaround time.
- *2\. Employee Relations**
- Serve as a **point of contact** for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Conduct **employee check\-ins**, stay interviews, and maintain a transparent communication channel.
- Ensure fair and consistent handling of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- *3\. Performance Management**
- Manage and improve the **performance appraisal** system to ensure goal alignment.
- Assist department heads in **developing KPIs** and monitoring performance.
- Initiate **Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)** for underperforming employees when needed.
- *4\. Training and Development**
- Assess training needs and coordinate internal and external **learning programs**.
- Develop **employee development plans** in collaboration with line managers.
- Track training outcomes and employee skill enhancement.
- *5\. HR Policies \& Legal Compliance**
- Develop, implement, and update **HR policies**, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable **labour laws**, wage regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, maternity benefits).
- Manage internal audits and ensure documentation is maintained for inspections.
- *6\. Compensation \& Benefits Administration**
- Oversee **payroll coordination**, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Manage employee benefits such as **health insurance, travel policies, reimbursements**, and incentive plans.
- Serve as the go\-to person for all **benefits\-related queries**.
- *7\. HR Metrics \& Reporting**
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare **monthly/quarterly HR reports** for management.
- Track HR KPIs like turnover rate, employee satisfaction, recruitment lead time, etc.
- Use data insights to improve HR decision\-making and strategy.
- *8\. Employee Engagement \& Culture Building**
- Design and execute **employee engagement programs**, recognition events, and internal communication plans.
- Organize **team\-building activities**, festival celebrations, birthday recognitions, etc.
- Strategic thinking and strong organizational abilities
- Conflict resolution and employee counseling
- Analytical and decision\-making skills
- Confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Team leadership and multitasking under pressure
- Promote a **healthy, inclusive, and high\-performance culture** across the organization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related field.
- *Experience:**Minimum of **5–7 years** of experience in a similar HR leadership role.
