*Job Description:**
*Role Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Factory HR Manager** to oversee overall human resource operations, statutory compliance, and industrial relations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between plant management and the workforce, ensuring a productive, compliant, and safe working environment.
*Key Responsibilities:**
**Statutory Compliance:** Ensure 100% adherence to all factory regulations and labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Contract Labor Act). Maintain all necessary statutory registers and records for government audits.
**Industrial Relations (IR):** Handle employee grievances, maintain disciplined workplace standards, manage union relations (if applicable), and resolve labor/workforce disputes effectively to ensure zero operational downtime.
**Contract Labor Management:** Overlook the sourcing, onboarding, attendance, and compliance audits of contractual workers via authorized third\-party vendors.
**Recruitment \& Onboarding:** Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for plant supervisors, technical staff, and on\-ground floor operators.
**Time Office \& Payroll Support:** Oversee day\-to\-day time office operations, including shift management, overtime tracking, and leave records, ensuring precise inputs for monthly payroll processing.
**EHS \& Employee Welfare:** Collaborate with the safety team to organize safety training, fire drills, and periodic health checks. Manage plant welfare facilities such as the canteen, medical room, and sanitation.
*Desired Candidate Profile:**
**Education:** MBA / PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations. An LL.B (Labor Law) is a distinct advantage.
**Experience:** 8 to 10 years of core HR experience strictly within a manufacturing or factory plant environment.
**Skills:** Strong negotiation and conflict\-resolution skills. Thorough, practical knowledge of local labor laws.
**Language Proficiency:** Must be fluent in English and the **local vernacular language** (**Hindi \& Tamil**)to communicate effectively with the floor workers
