Role Overview
SISYA CLASS is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive work culture while supporting the organization's growth and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes across departments
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records
- Drive employee engagement activities and organizational culture initiatives
- Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities
