SolarTech\-UK Ltd is a commercial solar EPC, O\&M, and energy solutions provider operating across the UK and international markets. We deliver fully funded solar, EPC delivery, and technical consultancy across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

We are scaling our internal operations and require a hands\-on Human Resources Manager to own and govern HR systems, recruitment infrastructure, onboarding, and workforce performance.

• *Role Overview**

This is a delivery\-led HR leadership role. You will own and operate the HR function end to end, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, documentation, and reporting systems run reliably and autonomously.

This is not an advisory role. It is operational, execution\-focused, and system\-driven.

• *Responsibilities**

• Own HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, and workforce lifecycle.
• Maintain HR systems, trackers, and SharePoint records.
• Govern onboarding processes and new hire readiness.
• Run performance tracking including 30, 60, and 90 reviews.
• Produce weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Maintain audit\-ready documentation and compliance discipline.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements.
• Support leadership with workforce insights and risk visibility.

• *Requirements**

• Strong HR operations experience.
• Comfortable managing remote and contractor\-based teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and HR trackers.
• Process\-driven with strong documentation discipline.
• Able to operate independently and take ownership.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹766,500\.00 per year
