HR Manager

• *HIRING: HR MANAGER – TAG / ARC PARCEL SERVICE**

• *Salary:** ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

• *Position:** HR Manager

Experience : 10 to 15 years

• *Eligibility \& Experience:**

• Relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Logistics / Parcel Service industry.
• Strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to lead and manage the overall HR function.
• Experience in manpower planning, employee management, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and manpower planning.

Manage overall HR operations and employee relations.

Handle onboarding, performance management, and HR policies.

Coordinate with management to fulfil manpower requirements.

Lead HR activities and ensure smooth workforce management.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with prior HR leadership experience in logistics or parcel service companies.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
