Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage end\-to\-end Human Resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities across technical and non\-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
- Drive campus hiring, lateral hiring, and vendor management initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure smooth execution of joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
- Oversee employee records and maintain HR documentation.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievance resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team\-building activities, and retention programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and goal\-setting processes.
- Work closely with department heads to track employee performance and development plans.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and career progression discussions.
HR Operations \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee attendance management, leave administration, and employee records.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for salary processing and employee benefits administration.
- Manage HR audits and compliance documentation.
Policy Development \& Implementation
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies across departments.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Training \& Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Support employee skill enhancement and leadership development programs.
- Track training effectiveness and employee growth metrics.
Reporting \& Analytics
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Monitor key HR metrics including attrition, hiring, engagement, and performance indicators.
- Present HR insights and recommendations to leadership.
Desired Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Experience handling employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
