HR Manager

• *Job Summary:**

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training \& development, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Recruitment \& Onboarding:**
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• **Employee Relations:**
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• **Performance Management:**
• Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance\-related issues.
• Develop and monitor employee performance improvement plans.
• **Training \& Development:**
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives.
• **Compliance \& Policy Management:**
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• **Compensation \& Benefits:**
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and manage employee benefits administration.
• **HR Strategy \& Planning:**
• Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

• *Qualifications:**

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
