- *ROLES \& RESPONSIBILTIES**
The **HR Manager** is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- *1\. Recruitment \& Staffing**
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs and plan recruitment drives
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- *2\.** **Employee Relations \& Engagement**
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
- *3\. HR Policies \& Compliance**
- Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and maintain necessary registers and returns.
- Coordinate audits and inspections with government departments when required.
- *4\. Payroll \& Attendance Management**
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Manage salary revisions, bonus, and other employee benefits.
- *5\. HR General Administration**
· Implement and monitor workplace safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.
· Attending job fairs and conducting further rounds in the office
· Collaborate with colleges and educational institutions for placement drives \& internships
· Check the hygiene in the company accommodation \& properties
