HR Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding:** Manage end\-to\-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, and design seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
• **Employee Relations \& Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace concerns constructively, and implement initiatives to boost team morale and retention.
• **Performance \& Talent Management:** Oversee performance appraisal cycles, career development planning, and training initiatives.
• **Policy Compliance \& Administration:** Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage personnel records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• **HR Operations \& Analytics:** Streamline HR processes, manage payroll inputs, and track key HR metrics (turnover rates, time\-to\-hire, etc.) to inform leadership decisions.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements**

• **Experience:** Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of progressive experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, or generalist roles (startup or corporate environment experience is a plus).
• **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA\-HR preferred).
• **Skills:**
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict\-resolution skills.
• Strong working knowledge of local labor regulations, HR compliance, and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in recruitment portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
