Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• **End\-to\-End Recruitment:** Manage full\-cycle recruitment processes for various open roles across departments, ensuring timely and quality closures.
• **Sourcing \& Screening:** Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn), professional networks, employee referrals, and social media. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess cultural fit, skills, and experience.
• **Hiring Manager Collaboration:** Partner with department leads to define job requirements, outline candidate personas, and streamline interview processes.
• **Candidate Experience:** Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt communication, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a positive employer brand experience throughout the journey.
• **Offer Management:** Coordinate salary negotiations, extend formal offer letters, and oversee onboarding formalities for new hires.
• **Metrics \& Reporting:** Track recruitment metrics (time\-to\-hire, source effectiveness, drop\-off rates) to optimize hiring strategies and pipelines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
