About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, driving talent acquisition, supporting employee development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end\-to\-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement improvement plans.
Performance Management
- Design and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting goals, conducting evaluations, and managing employee development plans.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend training or corrective actions where necessary.
HR Policies \& Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management.
Learning \& Development
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Coordinate learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support career growth and succession planning efforts.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Assist in developing compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Manage employee benefits administration and vendor relationships.
HR Operations \& Reporting
- Oversee HR systems, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and HR automation initiatives.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
Experience
- 5\+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience working in a fast\-paced environment.
