HR MANAGER

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Handle employee leave management and attendance tracking.
• Verify and process employee travel bills and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries and provide HR\-related support.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
