HR Manager

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for logistics roles (warehouse, drivers, operations \& back\-office)
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding \& bulk hiring pipelines
• Oversee payroll, attendance, shifts, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, and documentation processes
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
• Implement performance management and support business growth plans
• Coordinate with operations for manpower planning and workforce management
• Lead the HR team and ensure smooth day\-to\-day HR operations.
