Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, focusing on finding the right fit for our creative and dynamic environment.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted HR partner, offering guidance on policies, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Performance Management: Support performance reviews, feedback systems, and employee development, working with leadership to help team members grow and succeed.

HR Operations \& Compliance: Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Handle payroll, benefits administration, and confidential employee records.

Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well\-being, including wellness programs and recognition activities.

Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate

2\-5 years of experience in HR or even Freshers who hold a professional degree in HR along with a zest to learn and grow can apply. Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Proactive, approachable, and detail\-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast\-paced industry. A genuine interest in people and a passion for creating a positive, collaborative work culture.

Pay: ₹30,500\.29 \- ₹54,414\.20 per month
