- *Role \& Responsibilities:**
- *1\. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning:**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- *2\. Performance Management \& Employee Development:**
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Develop and implement Learning \& Development (L\&D) programs to enhance employee skills.
- Organize training sessions, leadership development programs, and upskilling initiatives.
- *3\. Compensation \& Benefits Administration:**
- Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and incentive plans.
- Benchmark compensation trends to ensure competitive salaries and benefits packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle salary revisions, promotions, and performance\-linked incentives.
- *4\. Employee Engagement \& Workplace Culture:**
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
- Organize team\-building activities, employee recognition programs, and well\-being initiatives.
- Conduct regular feedback surveys and implement action plans based on employee insights.
- *5\. HR Policies \& Compliance:**
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., labor laws, tax laws, health \& safety standards).
- Handle internal HR audits and facilitate external audits for compliance.
- Managed employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- *6\. HR Analytics \& Reporting:**
- Use HR data analytics to drive decision\-making and improve HR processes.
- Track key HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention, engagement, and productivity.
- Generate reports for management and provide insights for strategic planning.
- *7\. HR Technology \& Digital Transformation:**
- Implemented and managed HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for automation and efficiency.
- Leverage technology to improve recruitment, payroll, performance management, and L\&D.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR tools with other business functions.
- *Skills And Software Proficiency:**
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software\- KEKA (HRIS, ATS, payroll management tools).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Problem\-solving ability and decision\-making skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to handle sensitive matters.
- Strategic thinking with a data\-driven approach.
- *Experience \& Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRM\-CP, PHR, or CHRP are preferred.
- 5\+ years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in a fast\-paced environment.
