We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Operations Executive to support and manage day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem\-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
• Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
