HR Operations Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Operations Executive** to manage day\-to\-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in HR processes, HRMS management, Performance Appraisal, employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain employee records through HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Handle end\-to\-end offboarding processes.
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Support compliance\-related documentation and HR audits.
• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.
• Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Maintain HR documentation and process governance standards.
• Coordinate employee engagement and communication initiatives.

• *Requirements**

• 3\.5–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Executive, or a similar role.
• Hands\-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and SOPs.
• Good knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast\-paced environment.
