IndiaFilings is looking for a Payroll Executive to manage PF, ESI, and payroll\-related statutory compliances while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

What You'll Do
- Manage monthly PF and ESI filings with complete accuracy and within statutory deadlines.
- Handle employee onboarding activities including UAN generation, ESIC registration, KYC updates, and employee record maintenance.
- Prepare and upload ECR files and process statutory contributions.
- Reconcile payroll data with PF and ESI records.
- Ensure compliance with EPFO, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams for employee data validation.
- Assist employees with PF transfers, withdrawals, pension claims, and ESI benefits.
- Respond to statutory notices, audits, inspections, and compliance queries.
- Generate compliance MIS reports and maintain statutory documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Payroll, PF, ESI, or Statutory Compliance.
- Hands\-on experience with EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and labour law compliance.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem\-solving abilities.
Added Advantage
- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, and other payroll compliances.
- Exposure to HRMS and payroll platforms such as GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, SAP, Tally, or similar tools.
