• *Job Summary:**

MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an **HR Payroll Executive** to manage end\-to\-end payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. This role involves handling payroll processing, employee records, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
• Maintain employee attendance (biometric) and calculate wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions
• Handle on boarding and off boarding processes including documentation and payroll alignment
• Maintain and update employee records as per compliance requirements
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, and labour laws
• Address employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
• Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs and validation
• Support internal and external audits and compliance checks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software
• Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years in payroll processing and compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
