Job Overview

We are looking for an HR \& Placement Relations Executive to manage corporate relationships, college partnerships, recruitment, staffing, and student placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
• Establish partnerships with colleges and placement departments.
• Identify job opportunities and company hiring requirements.
• Coordinate student placements, interviews, and recruitment drives.
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, and staffing.
• Maintain student resumes and placement records.
• Coordinate with students, trainers, companies, and internal teams.

Eligibility
