We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, and supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a strong understanding of recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct reference and background checks as required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
