HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfil hiring requirements.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Discuss salary expectations and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
