We are looking for an HR Recruiter with **1–3 years of experience** to handle the recruitment process and hire suitable candidates.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
• Conduct initial calls and interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.

• *Requirements:**

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates.
