Jr. Engineer – Energy Services

• *Role: Junior Engineer – Energy Services**

• *Note: Candidate need to travel across India for projects. (All company related expenses will bear by CAES during outstation)**

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for Diploma graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass\-outs) for the position of Junior Engineer – Energy Services. The candidate should be willing to travel across India for project assignments and gain technical experience in compressed air audits and energy conservation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct compressed air audits and identify potential energy savings.
• Work on pneumatic systems, including repairs, replacements, leak detection, and calculations.
• Handle flow meters, data loggers, leak detectors, and related software.
• Identify energy conservation measures (ECMs) and calculate project ROI.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend sustainable energy\-saving solutions.
• Work with clients across industries such as Automotive, Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, Tyres, Paper, and Food.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Implement compressed air best practices and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in technical training and webinars to enhance knowledge.
• Provide professional customer support and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong understanding of compressed air systems, including generation, purification, distribution, and end\-use applications.
• Good problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows\-based software.
• Willingness to learn, travel across India, and work on project\-based assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
