Job Description
- Assist in **screening resumes**, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and follow up with applicants.
- Help with **onboarding activities**, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and HR data entry.
- Assist in planning **employee engagement activities** and internal communications.
- Handle basic **HR admin work** including file management and follow\-ups.
- Coordinate with different departments as needed for HR tasks.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Pursuing or completed a degree in **HR, Management, or related field**.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with **MS Office / Google Workspace**.Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
