We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for shop floor, staff, and managerial positions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process for manufacturing and plant positions.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and local recruitment drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction activities.
Coordinate with manpower agencies and vendors when required.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
