We are looking for an **HR Recruiter** to support our recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This role is ideal for **freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience** who are interested in building a career in recruitment and HR.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate data and recruitment records
Support onboarding and joining formalities
*Required Skills:**
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and follow\-up skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Willingness to learn and grow in HR
*Eligibility:**
**0–1 year experience** in recruitment or HR (freshers welcome)
