The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience in payroll processing, recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in attracting talent, managing employee records, and ensuring smooth payroll administration.
*Key Responsibilities:**
*Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
*Payroll Processing (Mandatory)**
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary calculations.
Coordinate with accounts and management regarding payroll\-related activities.
Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll and employee benefits.
Handle payroll queries and maintain payroll records.
*HR Operations**
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Track employee attendance and leave management.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
