Job Summary
The HR Recruiter in the F\&B industry is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles such as kitchen staff, service crew, delivery personnel, and outlet management. The role focuses on bulk hiring, quick turnaround recruitment, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for F\&B roles (Chefs, Commis, Stewards, Cashiers, Delivery Executives, Outlet Managers)
- Manage bulk hiring for new outlet openings and replacements
- Source candidates through job portals, walk\-ins, referrals, and local hiring channels
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with operations team
2\. Sourcing Strategy
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for high\-volume hiring
- Build and maintain a database of candidates for immediate and future requirements
- Coordinate job postings on portals, social media, and local networks
3\. Interview \& Selection Process
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Ensure quick turnaround time from sourcing to onboarding
4\. Offer \& Onboarding
- Coordinate offer rollouts and salary negotiations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Conduct joining formalities and induction coordination
5\. Employer Branding \& Walk\-ins
- Organize and manage walk\-in drives and recruitment campaigns
- Represent the company at job fairs and local hiring events
- Maintain positive candidate experience
6\. Coordination with Operations
- Work closely with outlet managers and operations team to understand manpower needs
- Provide regular updates on hiring status and challenges
7\. Recruitment MIS \& Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports (positions closed, pending, TAT, etc.)
- Track recruitment KPIs like cost per hire, time to fill, and attrition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience (F\&B / Retail preferred)
- Experience in bulk hiring is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR
- Experience in QSR, restaurant chains, or cloud kitchen hiring
- Familiarity with local labor market and hiring channels
