We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1 to 1\.5 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Prepare and share recruitment reports as required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1 to 1\.5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
