We are looking for an HR Manager who can attract top talent, build a strong workplace culture, and support our growing organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for all departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate hiring with department heads.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
• Foster a positive and high\-performance work culture.
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Handle employee exits and offboarding processes.

Performance Management

• Develop and implement performance review systems.
• Track employee KPIs and growth plans.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support leadership in talent development and retention.

Policy \& Compliance

• Develop and update HR policies.
• Ensure legal compliance with employment regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support disciplinary and corrective action procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong recruitment and employee management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup/event environment.
• Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
