Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our recruitment team in Thane West. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in BPO recruitment or recruitment consultancy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Assist with candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Handle assigned job openings and ensure timely recruitment updates.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO recruitment or recruitment consultancy.
• Practical knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, and Indeed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good coordination, follow\-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment activities.

Salary \& Benefits

• Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
