Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in BPO recruitment or recruitment consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Manage assigned vacancies and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO recruitment or consultancy recruitment.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, and Indeed.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to manage candidate follow\-ups and recruitment records.

Salary and Work Schedule

• Monthly CTC of ₹20,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
• General day shift.
• Fixed Sunday weekly off.
• Full\-time position.
