HR Recruiter

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various departments.
• Understand job requirements from department heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and reports

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
