HR Recruiter_cum Counselor

• *Urgently Hiring for HR Recruiter cum Counselor**
• *Experience Required \- Fresher to 6 months**

• *Preferred : Immediate Joiner \+ Local candidate.**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Manage recruitment processes.

2\. Screening resume, Calling candidates, scheduling Interviews etc.

3\. Handling Training students, counselling, queries etc.

4\.Act as a first point of contact for any walk\-in's.

5\. Address employee queries and support engagement activities.

6\. Approach college/University for Visits.

• *Qualification:**

Bachelor's in HR or related field.

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.

Must have good communication skills.
