• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and target\-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment for BPO positions, ensuring quality candidates and achieving daily/monthly hiring targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for BPO and customer service positions.

\- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and employee referrals.

\- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

\- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and operations/TL teams.

\- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

\- Ensure candidates complete documentation and joining formalities.

\- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

\- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly joining targets.

\- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

\- Coordinate with HR teams regarding manpower requirements.

\- Handle candidate queries related to salary, shift, location, job profile, and joining process.

\- Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios through regular follow\-ups.

\- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

• *Requirements:**

\- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

\- 0\.6–2 years of experience in recruitment / volume hiring preferred.

\- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong follow\-up and convincing skills.

\- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

\- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

\- Candidates who have handled bulk hiring, customer support, collection, telecalling, or BPO profiles will be preferred.
