• *Job Summary**

Digital Blaize is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates for internship, sales, and education\-related roles. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple job portals and managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create and post job openings on various recruitment platforms including Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Internshala, and Foundit.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities when required.

• *Required Skills**

• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring for internship, sales, and education\-related positions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time\-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools.
