Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Non\-IT Sales positions across India.
Handle Pan\-India hiring requirements for multiple locations and regions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and regional teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and achievement of hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Assist with offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
