• **Position:** Recruitment Executive
• **Company:** ANI Integrated Services

• **Experience:** 1–3 Years
• **Qualification:** Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred

• *What You’ll Do**

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Handle recruitment for Engineering, Construction, EPC, PMC, Civil, Electrical, and other technical profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offers and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and work towards timely closure of positions.

• *What We’re Looking For**

• Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and Boolean search techniques.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
