• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior MEP Engineer – Electrical / Mechanical** with strong expertise in **high\-rise building construction, MEP execution, HVAC, electrical distribution, ELV systems, firefighting, plumbing, billing, and quantity management**.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP activities for high\-rise building projects, ensuring that all installations and execution works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable IS Codes, CPWD specifications, and project quality and safety standards.

• *Mandatory Requirement: Relevant high\-rise building construction experience is essential.**

• *Key Responsibilities Mechanical Systems**

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical MEP execution activities for high\-rise building projects.
• Manage installation and execution of **HVAC, ventilation and exhaust systems**.
• Coordinate **firefighting systems, plumbing, pumps, and associated mechanical utilities**.
• Perform or review pump selection and head calculations.
• Ensure proper installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

• *Electrical Systems**

• Supervise electrical installation and execution activities for high\-rise buildings.
• Manage **HT/LT power distribution systems, transformers, and electrical panels**.
• Monitor cable tray routing, cable installation, and electrical distribution works.
• Ensure proper execution of **earthing and lightning protection systems**.
• Perform or review power load calculations and electrical requirements.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

• *ELV \& Building Management Systems**

• Coordinate installation and execution of **fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems**.
• Supervise **PA/BGM systems, data and telephone networks, and Building Management Systems (BMS)**.
• Coordinate ELV installations with electrical, mechanical, and other project teams.
• Review drawings, installation requirements, and system coordination.

• *Billing \& Quantity Management**

• Prepare and review **BOQs, quantity calculations, and material requirements**.
• Verify site measurements and maintain quantity records.
• Monitor material reconciliation and consumption.
• Review vendor and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, and project teams for billing and quantity\-related activities.

• *Drawings, Documentation \& Coordination**

• Read, interpret, and review MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate MEP services with civil, structural, architectural, and other engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve site coordination issues and service clashes.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable **IS Codes, CPWD specifications, and project requirements**.
• Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and execution schedules.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Approximately **10 years of relevant professional experience**.
• **Mandatory experience in high\-rise building construction projects.**
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
• Mechanical candidates should have expertise in HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, firefighting, plumbing, and pump systems.
• Electrical candidates should have expertise in HT/LT distribution, transformers, cable routing, earthing, lightning protection, and power load calculations.
• Knowledge of ELV systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, PA/BGM, data networks, and BMS.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, material reconciliation, measurements, and contractor billing.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and CPWD specifications.
• Good computer skills, coordination abilities, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project management teams.
