Profile: HR Recruiter

Experience

Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome. Candidates with 0\-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably sales/insurance hiring, will be preferred.

Roles

Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process for Insurance Sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective HODs/Reporting Managers. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, and job requirements. Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and ensure timely follow\-ups with candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure proper documentation and completion of pre\-joining formalities. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth joining and onboarding. Maintain daily recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining status. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring Insurance Sales requirements. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualification: Bachelor//'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
