• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for L1/L2 Service Engineer positions.
• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels to attract talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers \& customers to understand manpower requirements and JD.
• Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**

• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment preferred.
• Good understanding of Desktop Support, Server Support, Network Support, and IT Infrastructure roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
