Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and energetic **HR Recruiter** to handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and some exposure to recruitment or HR\-related work.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Post job openings on various platforms.

Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding and documentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to handle candidate screening and coordination.
Strong organizational skills.

Basic MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
